Enable " Snap during transform " (the magnet icon) Click on 3D view, Press A to select all the face. Click on Image/UV Editor view, Press G to transform, don't move your mouse, just click again to apply transformation as it's already auto snap. Click UVs in Image/UV Editor view, select " Export UV Layout ".

Though this report is already confrimed, with my PC and todays build windows 10 64 bit blender 2.8, even though I spilit window and set as UV image editor I can not move UV edge vertices . Then it is not matter which workspace I choosed. (I set "Layout workspace" and it is default for me)
I know, i can in UE material editor use Texture coord to affect the tile size, however then i would have to resize all current textures. The problem is, if i make big box in Blender as the surface, then i apply for example UV Cube projection, the tiles for texture (imagine checkerboard) are too big, and there are for example only 4 tiles..
